Cow Dog Electric LLC runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to answer your request and do your job, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send a service request, quote request or bid request, we receive what you type into the form. That can include your name, phone number, email, address or city, company, project details, how you heard about us and any files you attach, such as a photo of your electrical panel or a set of plans.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Your browser keeps one small setting for the length of your visit so that phones open on the right page. It is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, schedule work and send quotes or bids.
- To do the work, including permits, inspections and coordination with your utility.
- To keep business records, such as invoices and warranty history.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
A few services help us run the site and our business, and they only handle your information to provide that service:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions and attached files.
- Google delivers form notifications to our email and provides the fonts on this site.
- OpenStreetMap and Cloudflare provide the service area map. Loading the map shares your IP address with them, the same as visiting any website.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a permitting office or utility when your job needs it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping and warranty obligations. Requests that do not turn into a job are deleted when they are no longer useful.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email support@cowdogelectric.com or call 984-232-1114.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
